Campbelltown Conveyancing Experts!

Campbelltown Local Government Area

Our head office is based in Campbelltown and we have been practicing in this area for more than 30 years. We are experts in the area and know everything that is happening in the area and surrounds. Campbelltown has always had a rich history dating back to the late 18th century, where the land was primarily used for farming and timber production. The expansion of Sydney led to increased interest in Campbelltown as a residential area, prompting significant property development. We are proud to be part of the ever growing Campbelltown area.

Suburbanisation and infrastructure projects like the construction of the Hume Highway and railway lines further fueled growth, transforming Campbelltown into a thriving residential and commercial hub. Today, the region continues to experience ongoing property development, catering to the needs of its diverse and expanding population while preserving elements of its historical charm.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is conveyancing?2024-03-17T06:14:15+00:00

In simple terms,  conveyancing is the legal process of transferring the title/ownership of a property from one person to another, following the sale of a property. Our job is to ensure you meet all of the legal obligations required as part of that process whether you are a buyer or a seller.

What is the difference between a Conveyancer and a Lawyer?2024-04-01T09:53:14+00:00

The short answer is “not much” in terms of conveyancing. Both a conveyancer and a lawyer are qualified to assist with the legal process of transferring property.

Some lawyers specialise in different areas of law and may not be able to look after your conveyancing needs. At Donna Fuchs Conveyancing, we strive on the fact that we are your local conveyancing experts and that you can have the confidence and comfort that you are well looked after throughout the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.

Are your costs really “fixed” with no hidden fees?2024-03-17T06:30:24+00:00

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are upfront and transparent about our fee structure. Our pricing is competitive and we structure our fees as being inclusive of GST and disbursements. There are only a few disbursements that are not included in the conveyancing transaction but we will tell you this upfront so you are aware of these costs from the beginning. Most other conveyancing/law firms have GST and disbursements in addition to their professional costs. Don’t get caught out with this.

What is your point of difference?2024-03-17T06:40:08+00:00

At Donna Fuchs, we have over 30 plus years of experience working exclusively as a conveyancing practice. We offer complimentary contract reviews and are available to our clients 7 days a week (as we know how busy you can be during working hours).

As your local experts, there is nothing that we haven’t seen before so you get comfort that you are being looked after by the best.

When is the right time to engage a Conveyancer?2024-03-17T06:47:11+00:00

When selling, you will need to engage a conveyancer to prepare the relevant contract for marketing purposes. We would suggest that you do this at the same time you engage an agent.

When purchasing, we recommend that you engage a conveyancer as early as possible. The conveyancer’s job is to ensure that they are on your team to support you through the complexities of the property journey. In particular, you should always ensure that a Conveyancer or Lawyer look at your contract before you commit on the dotted line.

Are you available on the weekend? I need a contract reviewed urgently!2024-03-17T07:01:17+00:00

Absolutely! We understand that the process of buying or selling doesn’t always work on a 9-5 schedule, Monday to Friday. We are proud of the fact that our team is dedicated and we are always available to support our clients whenever they need us (weekends and all).
